The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) is an international nonprofit guaranteeing that the wild-caught seafood in our recipes has came from a certified sustainable fisheries! Their goal is to support healthy oceans, lakes, and rivers by protecting fish stocks, minimizing environmental impact, and ensuring fisheries are operating and adapting to environmental circumstances.

REDUCING FOOD WASTE
The Upcycled Food Association is working to reduce food waste by certifying and utilizing high-quality products that are due to a surplus of foods or ingredients!
Upcycled foods are made from those ingredients that would have ended up in landfills or other waste destinations. Utilizing these high-quality ingredients helps to positively impact the environment and keep ingredients integrated into the food system.
